Vogue Williams has defended her controversial new reality TV show about plastic surgery as the concept has been branded "horrific" before it has aired.
The 36-year-old fronts Send Nudes: Body SOS, which airs on Channel 4 from August 31, and will follow contestants as they decide whether or not to go under the knife.
To help them make the life-changing decision, they are shown what they could look like if they had the procedures.
Avatars are taken of contestants using 360-degree cameras that capture every part of their bodies.
After hearing about the surgery risks from a team of experts, it is then down to them if they want to go ahead with the operations or not.

Although Irish presenter Vogue, who is married to ex- Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, said she is "really excited" to front the new five-part show, it has already been branded "horrific" by some viewers.
As Vogue shared a video of a teaser for the new series on Instagram, one person wrote in the comments: "Wow what a horrific horrible concept for a show."
"Awful program," said another, while a third chimed in: "She’s really turning into the number one choice to host plastic surgery related shows."
Vogue previously presented BBC docuseries Plastic Surgery Undressed with journalist Mobeen Azhar.
Others, however, were excited for the new programme as one wrote: "Can't wait!" Another added: "Yeeey! I love it. Can’t wait to see it".
"Best news I’ve heard in weeks," a third wrote.
Explaining how the new show will work, the mum-of-three defended the programme as she told new! magazine: "It’s about people who are really not happy about a part of their body and they’ve been considering surgery.
"People go on the show as we’re a last-stop shop before they decide whether they will have surgery."
She added: "Our panel of experts is on hand to give the most considered advice to help contestants make their own informed choices."
Asked how she felt herself about plastic surgery, Vogue shared it "isn’t something to be taken lightly" and people should make sure they do their research.
After working on plastic surgery shows for the past few years, Vogue revealed one of the procedures people are least happy with after having surgery is nose jobs.
But boob jobs – especially breast reductions – seem to make people the happiest, according to the TV presenter.
Giving viewers a teaser of what is to come on the show, Vogue said there is one girl whose boobs just won’t stop growing.
This made the woman feel sore all the time, as well as suffer from back ache, which she said "looked so painful".
Despite previously saying she thought she would go under the knife herself "one day", Vogue admitted she has since changed her mind.
"Just watching how it happens, I wasn’t sure if I could ever actually go through with it," she told Hello! magazine.
"To go and do that to myself when there isn’t strictly speaking a medical reason, I don’t think that’s going to happen."
