Vladimir Putin has suffered a relapse in his health as President Joe Biden arrived in Kyiv, it was claimed today.
It has been said by insiders that the Russian President, 70, will be forced to undergo new treatment in early March, impacting on his ability to oversee his war with Ukraine.
The claim, which cannot be verified, comes from the Russian telegram channel General SVR which has repeatedly made claims that Putin is suffering serious medical problems including cancer and says to have Kremlin insiders.
