Vladimir Putin's two daughters are kept well away from the public spotlight, with his grandchildren even more of a closely guarded secret.
The Russian president has been interviewed countless times over the years, but one in appearance in the summer of 2017 promised to give "unparalleled access" to the world leader, described as the most controversial, dangerous, powerful and influential man on the planet.
The series of interviews, carried out by Oliver Stone, were televised over four nights in the US, with a healthy and affable Putin speaking candidly from inside the Kremlin - although carefully avoiding some of the trickier questions, the Mirror reports.
