Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello and Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez can make or break the interim presidency of Delcy Rodriguez in Venezuela following the capture of Nicolas Maduro, according to a new report.
Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, Brian Naranjo, a former senior U.S. diplomat who served in Venezuela, said the two could "very easily take action against her and sideline her immediately." They have been indicted in the U.S. on drug smuggling charges, and the U.S. offers a $25 million reward for information leading to Cabello's arrest and/or conviction and a $15 million reward for Padrino Lopez.
