Jonathan Ross led the touching tributes to Vivienne Westwood following the "brilliant" and "uncompromising" fashion designer's shock death.
The legendary fashion icon died on Thursday while surrounded by her family in Clapham, south London, her loved ones said in a statement.
Tributes have flooded in from across social media as whole host of famous faces react to the tragic news announced earlier this evening.

RuPaul's Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne said: "Vivienne Westwood is the woman that showed me I could do anything."
They added: "I could wear what I wanted, she was an ICON and I lived my life through hers in some sorts of way. There will never be another, but we’ll continue your fight."
Alongside a collage of pictures, singer Rowetta Tweeted: "So so sad to read of the passing of another great icon. Rest In Peace Dame Vivienne Westwood."
DJ Jodie Harsh wrote: "Rest in peace Vivienne Westwood. What a woman."
Paying tribute to Westwood, her family said that the "world needs more people like Vivienne to make a change for the better".
Taking to Twitter, her official social media page shared the news of her death, writing: "29th December 2022.
"Vivienne Westwood died today, peacefully and surrounded by her family, in Clapham, South London. The world needs people like Vivienne to make a change for the better."
Attached to the tweet was a quote from Westwood, which read: "Tao spiritual system. There was never more need to the Tao today.
"Tao gives you a feeling that you belong to the cosmos and gives purpose to your life; it gives you such a sense of identity and strength to know you're living the life you can live and therefore ought to be living: make full use of your character and full use of your life on earth."
Added at the bottom of the quote was simply: "Vivienne, we love you."
