Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady cruise ship is in Liverpool today.
The huge luxury cruise ship is on a tour around the UK and will be docked in the city overnight.
Valiant Lady is the second Lady ship of four in Virgin Voyages ’ new “boutique luxury fleet" and is for adults only.
It's the sister cruise ship of Scarlet Lady and boasts “dazzling contemporary design” and offers “new experiences to reinvigorate the cruise industry in the same way that Virgin Atlantic Upper Class did in aviation”.
Valiant Lady's homeport will be in Barcelona. It has 1,330 cabins and 78 RockStar Quarters, plus two Massive Suites that come with their own turntables and a private hot tub.
86% of cabins have their own balcony, and 93% feature ocean views. Valiant Lady’s cabins feature a new design to bring “warmer energy and a more sophisticated feel”.
Virgin says the cruise ship’s cabins have more drawers and storage space, making it “perfect for longer itineraries”.
After visiting Liverpool, Valiant Lady will head to Portsmouth ready for its "MerMaiden" voyage to Zeebrugge on Friday.
The cruise ship will also set sail to some of the “most gorgeous islands and cities in Europe”, including late-night and overnight stays in Málaga, Palma de Mallorca, the Canary Islands, Lisbon, and Belgium.
Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady cruise ship is in Liverpool today (Monday, March 14) and will be docked overnight before leaving the city tomorrow.
