Virgin Media has issued a statement after reports of broadband, phone and television services not working across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
Customers took to social media on May 7, to complain about their broadband not working, many reported it from different parts in Nottinghamshire.
Virgin Media has said that disruption to broadband, home phone and TV services, was due to individuals trespassing and causing extensive damage at one of the network sites.

Engineers worked throughout the night until early hours to fix the damage and restore connectivity services. Virgin Media has also said it's working with the police about the incident.
A Virgin Media spokesperson said: “Due to individuals trespassing and causing extensive damage at one of our network sites, some customers in Nottingham and surrounding areas experienced disruption to broadband, home phone and TV services during the night. We are in close contact with the police and our engineers worked flat out through the early hours to repair the damage and restore connectivity services. We apologise to those affected.”
