Thousands of Virgin Media customers have been affected by several issues this morning.
According to DownDetector, there have been nearly 30,000 reports of issues across the UK - including Glasgow - with broadband and landlines at the top of the list of services impacted.
This has left many without access to their phone services, internet and TV with reports coming in at just after 1am this morning (April 4).

While some are having no issues, it has been reported that 74 per cent of customer are suffering landline and/or broadband problems, with two per cent experiencing issues streaming on their televisions.
Meanwhile, 24 per cent are experiencing a total "blackout" as published on DownDetector.
Taking to Twitter to complain one social media user said: "Takes you seven hours to tell us, disgraceful, could of had an update a lot sooner."
Another tweeted: "Seven hours to tell us about something we already know, cheers lads."
In response to the issues, Virgin Media tweeted an update telling customers: " We’re aware of an issue that is affecting broadband services for Virgin Media customers as well as our contact centres. Our teams are currently working to identify and fix the problem as quickly as possible and we apologise to those customers affected."
