Virgin Media is down for some customers across the UK this morning, leaving many without access to internet, TV and phone services.
Nearly 29,000 users have reported issues with their service on the outage tracking website Downdetector. According to the website, the problems started at 6.34am, and are affecting customers across the country.
Of those who reported issues, 74% said they were struggling with landline internet, while 24% were experiencing a total blackout. Meanwhile, 2% said they were struggling with TV streaming.

The company tweeted: "We're aware of an issue that is affecting broadband services for Virgin Media customers as well as our contact centres. Our teams are currently working to identify and fix the problem as quickly as possible and we apologise to those customers affected."
DownDetector is also reporting of issues with providers BT and Sky - though there are far less complaints.
The problem has since been resolved. A Virgin Media spokesperson said: “We’ve restored broadband services for customers but are closely monitoring the situation as our engineers continue to investigate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
