A Virgin Media customer has revealed how they managed to avoid the April 14 percent price rise.
Due to the Consumer Price Index, most broadband customers will see their prices increase by more than 14 percent in April.
Prices for broadband providers such as BT, EE and Plusnet have soared, forcing consumer groups to call for telecoms companies to axe the price rises.
