Manchester City's players may have secured their third Premier League title in as many years yesterday afternoon (May 21), but it was one fan who stole the show in the celebrations at full-time.
City's 1-0 victory over Chelsea in the glorious sunshine of east Manchester sent the crowd into raptures as it confirmed the blues as league winners. In scenes similar to their league win last year this sparked a pitch invasion with hundreds rushing onto the pitch to celebrate with their team.
However, while others ran to hug their favourite players one took the opportunity to celebrate on the pitch in their own unique way. They brought out the timeless worm dance move, executing it to perfection before fist pumping and getting amongst the rest of the celebrations.

Videos of this fan have since gone viral on social media. Season ticket holder James Ryan shared his video with the Manchester Evening News saying it "gave joy to everyone".
The video has been viewed nearly 90,000 times in less than 24 hours with over 1,000 likes. James, who's been following City from the age of five since the Maine Road days, said: "I was taking a video of the celebrations and spotted him straight away.
"I just wanted to go and do it with him it was great. It was giving joy to everyone."
James hopes the clip can be shared as widely as possible so the 'legend' of a fan can be found.
