A new Korean street food concept that’s taken social media by storm is heading to Manchester. Bunsik, which has branches in London’s Chinatown, Embankment and Camden, will be opening its first spot outside the capital in Manchester.
It will be taking on the space left vacant by burger brand Byron, which closed at the beginning of the year. Bunsik will be debuting a range of corndogs at the new restaurant, which is due to open later this summer.
The Original is a chicken sausage, covered in crispy-chewy batter, a ‘Half and Half’, a chicken sausage with mozzarella cheese, a Potato Corn Dog, which is covered in crisp cubes of potato, and a Beef Corn Dog.
