A viral image showing Khan as his popular 'Dabangg' character alongside Ajay Devgn's 'Singham' has taken social media by storm, sparking speculation about his potential cameo in the upcoming film. Fans of both actors were excited, as the image began circulating online just months before the release of the latest instalment in Rohit Shetty's 'Singham' franchise.
The Rohit Shetty Cop Universe, which features iconic characters like Devgn's 'Singham', Akshay Kumar's 'Sooryavanshi', and Ranveer Singh's 'Simmba', has been expanding with new stars like Deepika Padukone joining the cast along with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor as the antagonist. This has only further raised fan expectations of a possible cameo from Salman.
However, it turns out that the viral image was not a leak or sneak peek from 'Singham Again'. In fact, the still was taken from a promotional advertisement by a cable network that featured the two actors in their cop uniforms. The image was mistakenly assumed to be from the film, leading to widespread rumours.
