Chick-fil-A has made it clear that it’s not too welcoming of its employees making viral TikToks of its food. A former Chick-fil-A worker has just revealed that after a few of her TikTok videos of her reviewing the food at the restaurant went viral, she was asked to stop making videos due to it being a violation of the company's employee handbook, and has now submitted a notice of her resignation.
Former Chick-fil-A worker Mariam Webb, who has over 118,000 followers on TikTok and millions of views on her videos where she reviews her employee meals at Chick-fil-A, shared with her followers in a viral TikTok that she will cease filming any more Chick-fil-A food reviews.

“I will no longer be doing Chick-fil-A videos,” said Webb in the video. “Right after my last video, the Cherry Berry video, hit 2 million views, I was reached out to by Chick-fil-A upper management and PR to let me know that my videos actually break a rule in our employee handbook.”
She claims that even though her Chick-fil-A videos have garnered millions of views, the company is not willing to make an exception or collaborate with her despite management telling her that they “love” her videos and found them to be “funny and engaging.”
“I feel at peace because I know this isn’t the end of my story, and I know I didn’t want to be the Chick-fil-A girl forever,” said Webb in the video. “I’m not angry with Chick-fil-A, you know I do understand at the end of the day that it's a business. ”
Even though she claims in the video that she still loves the company and respects its decision, she also states that she is “sad” about the situation as she was hoping that she would be able to collaborate with the company on future TikTok videos.
