Vinesh Phogat hospitalised after disqualification from Paris Olympics: Reports

NEW DELHI: Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat was hospitalized on Wednesday in Paris, just minutes after being disqualified from the women's 50kg freestyle final at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

According to reports, the 29-year-old fainted due to dehydration after being disqualified for being 100 grams overweight during the weigh-in.
