Vincent Kompany sidelined 'for weeks' after collapse at Bayern Munich training ground

Vincent Kompany remains in hospital in a stable condition after collapsing during reserve-team training on Friday and will be sidelined for weeks, sporting director Max Eberl confirmed on Saturday.

The 40-year-old Belgian coach had been battling a virus in recent days, missing some training sessions as a result.
