The sun was shining in Howwood for the annual village fete, returning for the first time since before the Covid-19 pandemic.
The community banded together to put on the celebration on Saturday, June 18 with local youth groups manning stalls at Howwood Primary.
Unwitting partygoers even found themselves roped in to assist at the gate, due to the unexpectedly large turnout, as the village came out in force for their first post-covid event.
