Plans for a semi-detached villa in a “special area” have been rejected for being an overdevelopment that would have a negative impact on the area.
The villa would have been built on Noctorum Road on the Wirral in an area described as having “spacious and rural character” with “large detached houses with extensive gardens.”
Michael Traynor who put forward the application with Paddock Johnson Architects said the proposal would deliver “functional and contemporary homes” with “the proposed development stands proud and strong within its settings.”
