Vikram Gokhale breathed his last on November 26 at a hospital in Pune, following multiple organ failure. The veteran actor has been undergoing treatment since November 5.
Confirming the news of his demise, his daughter said in a statement, "This is to confirm that Mr Vikram Gokhale passed away this afternoon. We would like to thank everyone for their good wishes, support, and prayers through this difficult time."
