The Minnesota Vikings lost a brutal game to the Chicago Bears on Monday night by a score of 12-10. They also did so without wide receiver Justin Jefferson for the seventh consecutive game.
On Tuesday, the Vikings made three roster moves to prepare them for the return of Jefferson.
WR Justin Jefferson
The Vikings activated Jefferson from injured reserve to the active roster on the final day they would be able to, as his practice window was expiring. He will be ready to play against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, December 10th.
WR N'Keal Harry
The Vikings release Harry from the active roster. He was brought up to the active roster due to the injury to Jefferson. Harry will likely end up on the practice squad after he clears waivers.
QB Sean Mannion
The Vikings released Mannion from the practice squad. With Jaren Hall now healthy, the Vikings don’t need Mannion on the practice squad as an emergency option.
