Welcome to the beginning of our 2023 season preview content!
Over the next few weeks, we will be looking at each player on the roster in-depth with backgrounds and how they currently project forward on the Minnesota Vikings roster.
What is the best-case scenario? What is the worst-case scenario? What should we expect from them during the preseason and beyond? We will break all of that down here.
As a staff, all of us at Vikings Wire ranked the entire 90-man roster 1-90 and will be releasing player profiles in reverse order.

Best case scenario
A really good camp could give Ojile the Khari Blasingame route where he ends up getting picked up after final cuts. With the contract extension that C.J. Ham signed, a roster spot is the longest of shots, but the transition to running more 12 personnel and a more Kyle Shanahan-inspired offense will make a fullback more important.
Worst case scenario
As expected with a player that was only signed after rookie minicamp, his odds to make the roster in a vacuum are slim to none. With a 90-man roster, you bring in camp bodies so you can run your entire offense. That seems to be exactly what Ojile is for the Vikings.
What to expect in 2023
The expectation for Ojile should be to compete for a spot on the practice squad. If Ham ends up getting injured, Ojile could become a valuable piece for the Vikings offense. His likelihood of ending up on the practice squad is much higher than zero with a good training camp.
