A vigil has been held by heartbroken family and friends to mark one year since the tragic death of a 12-year-old girl.

Semina Halliwell had spent four nights in hospital before she sadly passed away on June 12, 2021.

Devastated mum Rachel Halliwell says her daughter took her own life soon after an interview with police.
