Fight week for Saturday’s Nate Diaz vs. Jorge Masvidal boxing match is underway with Tuesday’s open workouts.
The first meeting between Diaz and Masvidal took place under the UFC banner for the inaugural BMF title, but the second will be in the boxing ring.
After a bad cut to Diaz caused an early stoppage to their UFC 244 bout, the fan-favorite fighters will meet again to settle the score on Saturday at Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., on Fanmio pay-per-view.
Both men and the undercard filled with some notable figures, including former UFC champion Anthony Pettis and his opponent Chris Avila, are expected to participate in the event, to showcase some of their skills for fans and media at open workouts at The Novo in Los Angeles.
