Vidarbha Under-19 girls get 'real' experience in Karnataka defeat

Vidarbha Karnataka BCCI Hyderabad NAGPUR

NAGPUR: Vidarbha's under-19 girls team have recorded two victories against two minnows from Northeast India in BCCI's under-19 women's T20 tournament. However, they got a taste of real competition during their 8-wicket loss to Karnataka in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

After electing to bat, Vidarbha girls were exposed to some quality bowling from Karnataka. Though Vidarbha did not get all out, the girls could manage just 78 for 7 in 20 overs.
