The Andrews government is slated to announce free flu vaccinations for Victorians as the state grapples with a tough start to the season.
Australian Medical Association Victorian president Roderick McRae confirmed this week was when he expected the announcement.
He says the association is working with the state government to establish a sensible timeline and approach to the distribution of vaccines.
