One of the inescapable consequences of the current cost of living crisis is that an increasing number of young adults are opting to live with their parents. This has led many to rethink the layout of their home and, where possible, provide dedicated space for their grown-up children. In some cases, this even extends to considering an ensuite bathroom for bathroom ideas in the home. And, for those taking that first, tentative step on the property ladder, a bathroom refurb will likely mean working to a strict budget.
This modern bathroom design by Victoria Plum is the perfect space for a young adult. Celebrating Scandi-influenced candy-coloured pinks, mint greens and sky blue shades, sophisticated patterns and sleek metallic finishes, the design embodies an inviting, contemporary feel rich in texture, colour and stylish, enduring materials.
