Victoria Beckham has taken her bedtime ritual to a new level by confessing her love of calming crystals.
The former Spice Girl has told how she holds crystals in her hand as she drifts off to sleep - and that she also needs her eye mask and complete darkness.
She also meditates to restore her body's natural calm.
And it's not the first time the 90s hit maker has shared her love of crystals, as she famously filled her London boutique with them in 2019.
She's now told Porter Magazine: "I love crystal energy. I have quite a few by the side of my bed, I hold them.
"And I like to meditate. I have an eye mask, as I need complete darkness."
The fashion designer has curated quite the collection of crystals at the Cotswolds home she shares with husband David and their four children.
But it was during her time Stateside with David in 2007 that she was first introduced to crystals, which many believe have natural healing powers.
She explained: ''My first crystal was a black obsidian and I still carry it everywhere with me. I like to surround myself with positive energy, and so often have a little collection of crystals in my handbag.''
Meanwhile the 47-year-old mum also told how she keeps her nightwear just for sleeping and is a firm believer in a bed time routine.
She added: "Rather than coming home and spending the evening lounging around in your pyjamas, train your mind to put on your pyjamas later and then get into bed, so it becomes your routine - and I like my routines."
Posh hit the headlines recently for her strict daily exercise regime, something which she previously admitted is "part of who I am now."
Her workouts typically begin with a 45-minute run, followed by a 30-min leg session, 30-min arms, and core exercises.
As you'd expect she's got a home gym and personal trainer to make it that bit easier - but has remained consistent in her desire to exercise for fitness and wellbeing despite a busy family life.
Victoria told The Guardian’s Weekend: "It's how it makes you feel. It really gets me ready for the day. It clears my mind. It's also where I have lots of ideas. It’s a time when I'm not on the phone, I'm not with the children, I'm not with David; I can literally just be left alone."
