Victoria Beckham feels her foundation has been a "lifetime in the making".

The 51-year-old fashion designer launched her eponymous beauty brand six years ago but is only now releasing her first full skin coverage, Foundation Drops - a serum-like formula which comes in 19 shades - and explained she was keen to offer the best possible product.
