Victoria Beckham ignores Brooklyn and Nicola's anniversary posts as she teases book club

Victoria Beckham has teased a possible venture into the world of books and all things related to reading.

As her son Brooklyn Beckham shared saucy snaps of his wife Nicola Peltz online, Posh Spice seemingly ignored the couple's gushing anniversary posts and instead, mooted the idea of launching a book club in the future.

In the wake of her daughter-in-law's most recent interview hitting the internet, in which the billionaire heiress admits 'no family is perfect' amid feud rumours, Victoria took to Instagram earlier today to let her fans know what she's been up to.

"Book shopping this morning with @isabelagrutman gave me an idea," the fashion designer told her followers as she shared a snap of herself in a book shop with a pal.

"Should I start a book club?" Victoria continued, sharing another picture of herself surrounded by novels and paperbacks.

The Spice Up Your Life singer went on to repost an update from husband David Beckham, in which the former England football player gave his fans an insight into what son Cruz Beckham has been getting up to in a recording studio as the teen prepares to launch his music career.

But there was no Instagram acknowledgement for eldest son Brooklyn from either David or Victoria this weekend, as the aspiring chef celebrated three years with his wife after tying the knot with actress Nicola earlier this year.

In one of the snaps shared by the former aspiring photographer to his Instagram page on Saturday, Brooklyn can be seen taking a picture of his topless wife with a camera as the Bates Motel actress keeps things PG-13 friendly with a well-placed hand.

"Can’t believe it’s been 3 years, I feel like I have known you my whole life," Brooklyn captioned the images shared with his Instagram followers.

"Happy anniversary to my other half, my best friend and to my gorgeous wife x could not live this life without you."

Brooklyn's post so far has attracted many comments from fans and famous friends congratulating the happy couple, but the wannabe chef's parents David and Victoria are yet to acknowledge his saucy post on Instagram.

The celebrity offspring and Nicola's anniversary comes as the actress lifts the lid on all the Beckham-Peltz family drama, amid constant rumours of a rift between the two families.

Following the star-studded ceremony in April this year, rumours swirled Nicola and mother-in-law Victoria had clashed over her wedding dress and other details of her and Brooklyn’s special day.

This reportedly left mum-of-four Victoria heartbroken and "distraught and fearful" she would lose her son and be cut out of her future grandchildren’s lives.

But following months of speculation about why they allegedly fell out, Nicola has finally had her say on the subject.

Speaking out about the rumoured family drama, Nicola said, rather cryptically, "no family is perfect" in an interview with The Sunday Times.

But the Bates Motel star insists: "It’s not a feud! I keep seeing everywhere that word, ‘feud, feud, feud’! I don’t pay attention to all of it... if I did, I would go crazy.

"I think it all started, and I've said this before, because I didn't end up wearing Victoria's wedding dress, but the real truth is, I really, really wanted to wear it and I thought it was so beautiful that Brooklyn's mom got to make that for me! And I was really excited to wear it! And I didn't end up wearing it."

Brooklyn and Nicola tied the knot in April this year, with a whole host of celebrities watching on as they exchanged vows on Nicola's lavish family estate.

Budding chef Brooklyn asked Nicola to be his wife back in July 2020 - getting down on one knee with a ring believed to be worth around $200,000.
