Victoria Beckham reportedly fears 'not having a relationship with her first grandchild' as rumours of a feud between her and daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz rumble on.
Bate Motel actress Nicola tied the knot with Victoria's eldest son Brooklyn, 23, at her family's lavish family home in Florida in April.
Rumours have since been swirling that Nicola and 48-year-old fashion designer Victoria don't get along, with Nicola's recent crying post about how her "heart is hurt" further added to the speculation that there is trouble in paradise.
A source has now claimed that Posh Spice desperately wants to 'make it right' between her and the 27-year-old.
"Vic's biggest fear is not having a relationship with her first grandchild," the insider claimed.
"She doesn't really know what's happened between her and Nicola and dearly wants to make it right before the issue deepens even further."
The source added to Closer magazine: "She feels like her worst nightmare is coming true amid the reality of Brooklyn's new life and fears the family is drifting apart."
Mirror have contacted representatives of the Beckhams for comment.
In recent months, there have been claims that Victoria has been worrying about l'osing her son ' as he gets close to Nicola's family.
The Beckhams part-hosted the couple's wedding- but were reportedly not invited to sit at the top table along with their brood.
Instead, Nicola's billionaire father and her fashion model mother took their place.
Nicola's parents were also invited to join her and Brooklyn on their European honeymoon, while the Beckham clan enjoyed a family trip to Croatia at the same time.
Sources claimed it has been 'very difficult' for the former Spice Girl to watch her son 'drift away.'

"I think it's very difficult for Victoria, coming from a tight-knit family, to see her son grow close to his in-laws," they said to new magazine.
Meanwhile, Nicola recently took to her Instagram to open up about her life and shared a few crying pictures.
She wrote a long caption where she talked about her family and how they had told her to not let people bring her down.
In the caption, she explained how she found it hard to 'show the sad bits of me' and how her upbringing helped her not let 'people bring me down or hurt my heart'.
A day later, she thanked her father Nelson for his constant support after sharing the vulnerable snaps.
On her Stories on Saturday, the star posted a snap of her hugging her father along with the caption: "Thank you for always having my back I love you so much dad."
