She shot to fame as Posh Spice, but fans were confused by Victoria Beckham's accent as she shared a makeup tutorial video. The 48-year-old Spice Girls singer turned fashion designer amazed her Instagram followers as she posted about how to achieve a 'modern smoky eye' with an eyeliner from her beauty range.

As she addressed her 30 million followers, it was her voice that really got people talking. Viewers were left baffled by the Essex-born star's accent with one pointing out: "I never remember her being that posh whilst in Spice Girls."

One fan miss_noire_travels said : "I love her but I swear she didn’t always sound like this certainly not in Spice Girls days. I know she’s posh spice but girllll." And they added: I love her don’t get me wrong just never remember her being that posh whilst in Spice Girls."
