Victoria Beckham has come to the defence of her son Brooklyn after his ‘raw’ beef video

The cooking enthusiast, 23, shared a clip of himself putting together a “Michelin-style” Sunday roast on Instagram, however he left his followers in dismay when the rib roast he prepared appeared not to be cooked properly.
Though Brooklyn was seen to have thoroughly seasoned the meat with garlic, salt and butter, the beef itself looked too pink for followers by the end of his cooking session, and the video sparked backlash as a result.
Proud mum Victoria, 48, was on hand to praise her son for making the dish, despite the negative responses, as she took to Instagram Stories to repost the video shortly afterwards.
Victoria captioned: “Inspiration for this Sunday’s roast @brooklynpeltzbeckham!!!
“I’ll be attempting this for your dad and brothers and sister!”
She then added, addressing the backlash: “(It’s rare people not raw)”, adding a laughing face emoji.
Users haven’t been so convinced, as they’ve called out Brooklyn for his “reckless” cooking in response to the video on social media.
One person commented: “A bit too raw for my taste”, as a second said: “Might as well bite the cow while it’s grazing”.
A third wrote: “A good vet could bring that back to life”, adding a sick face emoji.
“I don’t think I would eat meat like that”, a fourth shared, as another added: “Kind of rare”.
Other fans supported Brooklyn following the video, as they slammed those posting negative comments underneath the clip.
Brooklyn previously faced backlash last year for appearing to make an “undercooked” pizza in a video, and later admitted he wasn’t a professional when it comes to cooking in an interview.
He told Bustle: “I’m not a professional chef – at all. I’ve never said that. I never would say that.
“Obviously, my dad [former footballer David Beckham] knew what he was doing at a very young age. I’ve only been doing cooking for not even three years.”
Brooklyn added: “It’s okay to be 25, 26, or even 30 and not know what you’re doing yet. You know what I mean?”
