Australia Covid restrictions: what’s changing and when do you still have to isolate or wear a mask?

New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT and Queensland have announced a further easing of Covid-19 restrictions, removing vaccination, mask and isolation requirements in many situations.

The changes take effect from 6pm Friday in Victoria, 11.59pm Friday 22 April in New South Wales, 11.59pm on Tuesday, April 26 in the ACT and 6pm Thursday 28 April in Queensland. So what exactly has changed?
