Victor Orta and Andrea Radrizzani have placed plenty of emphasis on signing young players for the Leeds United academy since they both joined the club in 2017.

Every year they have brought youngsters to West Yorkshire to link up with either the U18 or the U23 squads.

The ultimate goal is for the coaches at Thorp Arch to develop those players to the stage where they are able to have an impact for the first team at Elland Road and that has been evident this season.
