Relatives of homicide victims are demanding that anyone convicted of manslaughter, regardless of the specific category, be banned from the Government’s early prison release initiative.
Addressing Justice Secretary Alex Norris in a joint letter, the bereaved families stated that victims are "being asked to bear the consequences of the prison capacity crisis".
