Vicky Phelan has gushed about a "fabulous" staycation she went on recently - as she thanked two generous members of the public for paying for her meal at one stop.
The CervicalCheck campaigner had taken a bit of a break from social media in recent weeks, but returned on Wednesday night to tell her holiday stories to her 139,000 followers.
She even managed to tick an item off her bucket list by taking in the Giant's Causeway along her journey.
Vicky, her husband Jim and son Darragh hit the open road in a campervan while daughter Amelia visited grandparents in Doonbeg, Clare.
Vicky said: "Just back home from a FABULOUS 6 day break away in a campervan with Jim and Darragh. Amelia stayed in Doonbeg with the cat and my parents.
"She is soooo not into travelling by campervan.
"We thoroughly enjoyed it and were blessed, for the most part, with the weather."
The group's first stop was Sligo, where they walked along the beach, before doing the Mullaghmore Head drive and heading north to see the magnificent Assaranca Waterfall in Donegal.
Dunfanaghy was next, where Vicky and co stopped off in local favourite The Rusty Oven for pizzas.
The next morning breakfast at Lizzie's Bistro and Diner was on the house - with Vicky saying it was "courtesy of two amazing women who recognized me. Thank you both for this lovely gesture"
Two nights in Portrush followed - where Jim and Darragh headed to the Bushmills Whiskey distillery, while Vicky relaxed at the Skerries Holiday Park.
Vicky added : "While up North, we visited Portstewart and ate at Native Seafood, I had THE best fish tacos I have ever eaten there. We also visited Portrush, Dunluce Castle and last but not least, the main reason for heading North....the Giant's Causeway. It was everything that I thought it would be...and more
"I am soooo glad that I was well enough to make this trip and to make it to the Giants Causeway, which has been on my bucket list for a loooong time. I thoroughly enjoyed the vanlife experience and will definitely do it again."
Vicky finished her update with a shoutout for the Rambling Rover campervan business which gave her the set of wheels that the family travelled around in.
