Vicky Phelan has updated her followers as she enjoyed the recent bout of summer sunshine with her sister Lyndsey and friends including fellow campaigner John Wall.
The group took a picture together relaxing at Catch at the Armada and enjoying some drinks and seafood from the outdoor food truck.
Her sister, Lyndsey shared the snap of their get together on Instagram of them under a tent on some benches by the beautiful seaside.

She wrote: “Fab time catching up at Catch @armandaspanishpoint”.
Vicky donned a blue and pink jumper, grey tracksuit bottoms and some stylish sunglasses as she took in the summer sunshine.
She has been keeping her social media fans up to date over recent weeks and recently shared some snaps from her staycation earlier this month.
The mum-of-two enjoyed a break away at the Cashel Palace in Tipperary where she enjoyed a meal with friends.
She wrote in a post: “Just back from a wonderful night away at my favourite hotel...the @cashelpalace. This was my second time staying here.
“The hotel and it's facilities are simply amazing. I would highly recommend the Spa and the pool and thermal suite...For me, it is the staff and the attention to detail that you get there that does it for me. I will be back”.
Vicky continued: “I got to try out my new Paul Green trainers from @nozomiennis Thank you to Mary and the staff there for sending the trainers to me. Saved me a trip to Ennis and great customer service”.
She went on to thank her close friends who joined her for an evening meal and said: “More memories made with three wonderful friends whom I would be lost without. THANK YOU John, Stephen and Cian for keeping me real and for making me laugh”.
At the beginning of the month, the cervical cancer campaigner said she was unwell and was dealing with a lot of pain.
She said she was unable to attend her friend Charlie Bird’s book launch because the long journey would have been too difficult for her at the moment.
In light of her absence, she sent a wonderful video to her friend saying: “This is the book we're all talking about, Climb with Charlie, unfortunately, I couldn't be there for the launch today Charlie as you know we both have our ups and downs with the illnesses we're dealing with.
“Unfortunately for me pain is a huge issue at the moment and travelling and sitting around in uncomfortable chairs, I'm just unable to do it at the moment.
“It really affects me for at least a day or two afterward and I'm trying to recover then and take a lot of pain medication so unfortunately, I couldn't come to your launch today but I will be with you in spirit. I'm there with you in spirit Charlie as I always am.”
