Vicky Pattison has shared a truly empowering message with her Instagram followers as she shared a body confidence post.
The 35-year-old ex Geordie Shore star took to the platform yesterday, sharing a carousel of unedited snaps of her body - in a bid to promote body positivity, no matter your shape or size.
It comes after Vicky claimed that there is 'probably far too many carefully curated glam shots' online.

Accompanying the post, Vicky wrote: "Social media can often be misleading... After nothing more than a quick scroll through Instagram it can convince you that everyone has the perfect body, no one ever takes a bad picture, everyone's skin is perfectly smooth and they all have their s*** together...
"I'd like to think I show both sides of the coin on my Instagram... but after a little flick through this morning I realised there were probably far too many carefully curated glam shots and fancy ads- so here is some of my reality- a reality that I am not only not ashamed of, but f***** proud of.
"I am 35, I have wrinkles, cellulite, dimpled skin, tummy rolls, absolutely NO lips compared to everyone else on here it seems and double chins... I have good angles and bad, I have good days and bad... and none of this makes me any less of a good person or less deserving of self love.
"Don't get too hung up on the 'perfect' side of social media, don't let those images effect how you see yourself and your self worth- because behind every single one of those glam shots were a million more like this... That society has tried to tell us are in some way less desirable but if you ask me, there's far more beauty to be found in the real, in the raw... So be kind to yourself today and everyday for that matter.
"You are special, beautiful and deserving of love regardless of what clothes size you wear, whether your kitchen is tidy or whether your skin is perfectly smooth...Don't let Instagram and all of its b******* convince you otherwise.. Don't let it change you- you're YOU... and that is your super power."
And it didn't take long before her comments section was flooded by co-stars and fans alike, all praising her brave message which hopes to inspire others. X-Factor star Caitlyn Vanbeck, penned: "Love you for this. You are so empowering lady. Love you lots," while comedian Arron Crascall added: "beaut mate inside n out love ya vic x."
Marissa Carter commented: "Thanks for the reminder Vicky x," while Daisy Buchanan said: "This is such a generous and powerful post. Thank you."
And it's not the first time that Vicky has taken to social media to highlight a cause close to home - just last month sharing an inspiring post about mental health to raise awareness for those struggling. In the post she wrote: "What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candour and more unashamed conversation.
"Today is World Mental Health day and as someone who is constantly advocating for more transparency & honesty across social media.. I thought I'd share with you some of my darker moments. In some of these pictures it's so easy to see that I'm struggling, that I'm falling apart, that I'm losing my battle- but in others, the pain is more difficult to spot.
"And that's the thing about poor mental health- it doesn't look like just any one thing, it is wily, it can sneak up on you.. & it can happen to anyone."
