Vicky Pattison has revealed that she lost three stone after having her contraceptive implant removed.
The 34 year old was enjoying a picturesque holiday in Greece with her family and fiancé Ercan Ramadan when she took part in a fan Q&A.
Sharing a photo of herself leisurely sipping on an Aperol Spritz, she told fans to ask her anything.
A fan asked: "You have lost so much weight but always post pictures of you scoffing, how do you do it xx."
In response, Vicky replied: "But around a year ago I had my contraceptive implant removed - I did it predominantly as I needed to live without synthetic hormones in my body but it also saw me lose about a stone in three months."
Vicky has spoken openly in the past about her weight struggles and last year vowed to give up caring how much she weighs and what clothes size she is.
Speaking to the Mirror last year, she explained that after years of dieting and saying "no" to the things she wanted to do and eat, she was finally saying "yes" to pudding.
She said: "This year more so than ever we shouldn't be being too hard on ourselves. I'm not a massive fan of self-sacrifice and self-deprivation anyway because life is to be lived, but I do think it's nice that you can make small changes to your diet which if you do consistently you can have great results, it makes you feel healthier and happier.
"So my plan is saying yes to pudding but switching it out to a little jelly pot."
Vicky has said in the past that despite what people might have thought, she wasn't actually happy when she was at her skinniest.
She told us: "I still maintain that sentiment, it's taken me a long time to feel that way.
"I think a couple of years ago I realised I want to be happy and I want to be healthy but I don't want a number on a scale to be what drives me anymore and I don't want to be obsessed with clothes sizes any more."
