Vicky Pattison has revealed that she loves the person she is becoming, as she has 'fought to become her' in an inspiring recent social media post.
Never one to shy away from addressing physical and mental health, the 35-year-old today took to Instagram to highlight her own personal journey with regards to optimum health, dubbing the battle 'pretty difficult' and 'not always linear'.
Consistently sharing her views on body positivity online with her 5.3million followers, Vicky has become nothing short of iconic with regards to spreading positive messages since finding stardom on MTV's Geordie Shore.

And today, she was back with another piece of inspiration for her following - while also citing her own personal journey to happiness both physically and mentally. Taking to Instagram, Vicky wrote: "I love the person I'm becoming... because I have fought to become her. The journey to being healthy and happy- both mentally and physically can be a pretty difficult one.. and it's not always linear.
"We are constantly dealt set backs and new hurdles to overcome. Whether it be evolving beauty standards, ever improving editing and photoshopping apps or the ludicrous amount of so called perfection we consume on a daily basis via social media.
"It feels like society doesn't want us to just be confident and content in our own skin..But we want to put a stop to that! We want to allow women a safe space to come and grow and heal and learn to love themselves through wellness, nature and understanding the body & mind."
Vicky then went on to announce that she would be taking part in a Women's Wellness Week this July, alongside fiancee Ercan Ramadan, fitness guru Iain Reitze and psychotherapist Anna Mathur - with a boatload of activities to bolster self confidence, strengthen mental health, and optimise physical fitness.
She added: "This July myself, @ercan_ram, @iain_reitze_lifestyle and @annamathur are joining forces again for another Women's Wellness Week in our favourite venue @croftview! It will run from Monday the 17th to Friday the 21st of july & will include: loads of focus on Self Confidence to aim to inspire you to be the boldest and best version of yourself.
"Mindfulness focus, Physical & Mental Well Being in the form of fabulous food prepared by our amazing private chef as well as training sessions with the fabulous @iain_reitze_lifestyle and my @ercan_ram! Gorgeous walks in nature.
"Optional activities & workouts (everything is optional! This is YOUR week to get out of it what you want!), Wellbeing workshops, motivational talks & support from me & my beautiful @annamathur."
"If you have any questions please let me know in the comments below, or if you'd prefer to ask me privately- I'll pop a comments box on my stories. Alternatively if you're feeling low, lost, stuck in a rut or just really want to take some time for yourself and invest in becoming the BEST version of you then the link to book on is in my bio and on my insta story too!!
