- Vickrum Digwa, 23, was charged with six counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a private place, including a flick knife, extendable baton, knuckledusters, machete, swords and kusaris.
- His father, Moga Singh, 52, and brother, Gurpreet Digwa, 27, faced the same six charges of possessing offensive weapons.
- Gurpreet Digwa also faced four additional charges, including possessing an asp, an air rifle, an axe and a kirpan in public places.
- All alleged offences are dated 4 December 2025, the day after the murder of Henry Nowak, and the case has been adjourned until 9 July, with Moga Singh and Gurpreet Digwa released on unconditional bail.
