Viewers have praised Vick Hope for her debut ITV chat show on Sunday morning (June 12). The BBC Radio 1 DJ, 32, launched the series with musicians Kate Nash and Aitch and romance novelist Jojo Moyes.
It marks Hope’s first new project since her engagement with Dumfries DJ Calvin Harris last month. Harris is understood to have proposed on his farm in Ibiza, according to The Sun .
Hope was presenting the pre-recorded programme after “just getting back” from the Balearic island in the Mediterranean. On theme with her recent trip, show mixologist JJ Goodman made her a Caipiroska cocktail with watermelon.

He said: "It’s absolutely stunning, you’re going to love it. It’s my go-to Ibiza cocktail – I know you’ve just got back – so we’re going to hook you up there."
Hope described the drink as "summer in a glass", adding: " I’m always in Ibiza, mate." Goodman is the creator of The London Cocktail Club.
Just hours before the ITV show launch Vick shared videos from the crowd at Calvin Harris's event at Ushuaia Ibiza, where he has a residency performing every Friday for the summer. She then shared clips from an Ibiza beach in the sunshine on her Instagram stories.
Describing the new show's format, Hope said: “I’m so excited to be here and be with you, so settle in because for the next eight weeks I’m bringing you some serene Sunday vibes. [... ] I’ve got everything from what you should be reading to what you could be drinking and all with a sprinkling of games, giggles, gorgeous guests and loads of alliteration, it seems."
Commenting on the show on social media, viewers praised Hope for her debut chat show performance.

Before joining Jordan North on BBC Radio 1 drivetime, Hope spent three years presenting the Capital Breakfast show in London. In 2018, she competed in Strictly Come Dancing with professional partner Graziano Di Prima.
