A vicious fight that broke out on Saturday night in Dublin city led to chairs being flung at people’s heads, as Gardaí launch an investigation into the incident.
The antics occurred on King Street in Dublin at around 11:45 pm and videos have been widely circulated online showing two men falling to the ground as they attack each other.
In the same video, a third man can be seen running over and he appears to kick one of the men on the ground while a fourth man throws a chair.

More people began to join the fight with kicks and punches being thrown and one man is even seen being hit by a chair.
The fight was broken up briefly before it kicked off again which led to a woman being knocked to the ground amid the grapple. A second woman can be seen quickly helping her up.
Just before the video comes to an end a voice can be heard in the background saying: "This is Dublin”.
Gardai say they have launched an investigation into “an alleged public order offence,” according to Dublin Live.
A spokesperson said: "Gardai are investigating an alleged public order offence that occurred outside a licenced premises on King Street South, Dublin 2 at approximately 11:45 pm on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Enquiries are ongoing".
