Vice President-elect JD Vance recently had a meeting with House Speaker Mike Johnson, where they engaged in what Vance described as a 'productive conversation.' Following the meeting, Vance informed reporters that negotiations are still ongoing among Republicans.
During a brief statement to the press, Vance mentioned, 'We had a productive conversation. I’m not going to say anything else about it tonight because we are in the middle of these negotiations. But I think we will be able to solve some problems here and we will keep working on it.'
