The Canberra Rape Crisis Centre (CRCC) is grappling with internal turmoil as sources say the service is still dealing with missing patient records amid fresh allegations over management and staff safety.
The latest allegations come after The Canberra Times first reported in August several allegations from former employees, including that an IT transition had locked clinicians out of sensitive client records for months.
