Last week, online retail giant Very launched one of its biggest Black Friday sales yet. With the hopes of rivalling the likes of Argos, Currys and Amazon, Very has slashed the price of thousands of items.
But with so many items reduced to 'ridiculously low' prices, the website has seen a large influx of shoppers. As such, Very has issued a warning.
Posting on Facebook, Very told shoppers its contact centre is overwhelmed with requests. As such, they say they may take longer than usual to reply.
The message read: "Good morning, we are are currently experiencing higher than anticipated wait times within our Contact Centre. Our Social Media team are available to support, please send us a DM if you require assistance. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused."
Last week, Martin Lewis also issued a Black Friday warning to shoppers. He tweeted: "My Black Friday shopping memo...If you were going to buy it anyway and it's half price, you've saved 50%. If you weren't going to buy it, but do because it's half price you've wasted 100%."
Martin also released a full list of the best Black Friday sales so you can make sure you're getting the best deals possible. Read Martin Lewis' guide to bagging the best Black Friday deals here.
