Vertex Energy Earnings Perspective: Return On Capital Employed

According to Benzinga Pro data, during Q1, Vertex Energy (NASDAQ:VTNR) posted sales of $40.22 million. Earnings were up 46.5%, but Vertex Energy still reported an overall loss of $4.62 million. Vertex Energy collected $30.96 million in revenue during Q4, but reported earnings showed a $8.63 million loss.
