Vernon Kay has admitted he ignores guidelines set by dentists and brushes his teeth four times a day.
Official advice from the experts states you should brush twice daily for two minutes at a time, but the presenter, 48, confessed he doubles that.
The dad-of-two boasts a perfect smile to look at, but it's not clear whether his over cleaning could come back to bite him later on.
He revealed in a recent interview with The Guardian : "I clean my teeth four times a day. I’m obsessive."
And he also told of his secret methods to make sure he gets to sleep on a night time. "If I can’t fall asleep I play 18 holes around my favourite golf course in my head and I’m done," he admitted.
The All Star Family Fortunes host said once he is asleep he enjoys a lie in, but confessed he can't sleep passed 10am as he begins his countdown to bed from midday.
Vernon is married to Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly, 53. The pair share two children together - Phoebe, 17, and Amber, 13.
And he recently revealed that his daughters aren't hugely interested in their mum's work, saying they "don't care".
Tess, who has presented the popular dance contest since 2004, is currently involved in the latest series as the newest celebs take to the floor.
But Vernon has teased that the teenagers only watch a little bit of Strictly to check out the fashion on display by their mum. He told Heat Magazine the youngsters only watch it for one part before disappearing, while he remains hooked.
This year has saw actor Will Mellor impress both the judges and viewers at home with his moves. However, week two saw the end of the line for Kaye Adams.
The Loose Women presenter was the first of the latest batch to be eliminated as the 20th series of the show continued.
Kaye and partner Kai Widdrington faced off in the bottom-two showdown against Matt Goss and his partner Nadiya Bychkova.
After both couples had performed again, the judges chose to save Matt over Kaye, despite there seeming to be a bit of disagreement.
