VCT Americas Stage 2 2026 is the final league stop for North and South America’s top VALORANT teams before Champions Shanghai.
Running from mid-July to early September, Stage 2 packs weeks of group play and playoffs into one long run at the Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles.
VCT Americas Stage 2 2026 schedule
The entire VCT Americas Stage 2 is scheduled from July 16 to Sept. 5, 2026. The Group stage runs from July 16 to Aug. 9.
Matches in this stage are single-round robin, with each being a BO3. The Play-ins take place from Aug. 13 to 23, featuring a 12-team double-elimination bracket, with eight teams from the Group Stage and four teams from the Americas Regional Challengers.
Playoffs follow right after, from Aug. 27 to Sept. 5. The top four teams from each group move on to this phase. The stronger group finishers get better starting positions, and the winner and runner-up qualify for Champions Shanghai.

VCT Americas Stage 2 2026 format
Stage 2 uses a structure where teams earn 1 Championship Point per regular-season match win, and Playoff placement adds even more points. The point payouts are 8 for first, 6 for second, 5 for third, and 4 for fourth.
The Playoff bracket is a double-elimination format, with best-of-three matches across most of the bracket and best-of-five series for the lower final and grand final.
