New measures restricting the spread of betting and vape shops aim to offer "local communities the power to turn things around", the Prime Minister has said.
During a visit to Ilkeston in Derbyshire on Tuesday, Andy Burnham remarked that town high streets "have been hollowed out, particularly in former industrial areas".
